The scenery along the drive to Milford sound was beautiful and the number of stops was just right. The Milford Sound cruise was wonderful with plenty of waterfalls and a few seals on Seal Rock. The highlight of the trip was the breathtaking return flight to Queenstown over the mountain peaks and Lake Wakatipu.
